About the service
In a traditional fit-out the villa owner hires a gypsum contractor, a carpenter, a tiler, an electrician and a painter, and ends up as the project manager. With turnkey fit-out you deal with one team. We sequence the trades, buy and quality-check materials, send you progress photos on WhatsApp every week, and hand over with a signed snag list.

Frequently asked
How are payments structured?
An advance when you sign, then payments tied to stages defined in the contract, and a final payment after handover once the snag list is closed. You never pay for a stage before you see it done.
Can we live in the villa during the works?
Yes for most renovations. We phase the work, seal work zones against dust and agree working hours with your family.
What happens if the project runs late?
The contract sets a date for every stage. If anything threatens a date, we tell you in writing, with the reason and the revised programme, before the date and not after; delays on our side we recover at our own cost. We also publish whether each showcased project was delivered on schedule.
